I started practicing yoga in October 2015. I walked in without expectation. I really did not know much about the art of practicing yoga, other than it is great physical exercise. What yoga has given in return is immense. The breath, the body and soul are greatly interconnected. I find solace on the mat. I find stability within my life on the mat. There is a sense of calmness after practice. From there, I have taken up meditation as well. These are my reflections of life through yoga. May you find an aspect of your life which can provide grounding in the midst of the busy-ness.
